Stakeholders from across the 6 Area Councils of the FCT and Karu local government area of Nasarawa state came together to validate the findings from the recently concluded Baseline Assessment under DRAC’s Break the Cycle Project which is funded by UKaid through CBM.
The meeting sought to present the preliminary findings of the BTC baseline and needs assessment to the stakeholders, get feedback on results from their area councils, fill information gaps that may have been identified during the survey and validate the BTC baseline findings with stakeholders.
Particpants at the event included CAN Chairmen and Chief Imams from all the area councils and Karu local government area.
The Minster of Education was represented as well as representatives from UBEB, SDS and National Social Safety net Coordinating Office among others.
